Responsibilities
- Process and manage purchase orders in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Coordinate with suppliers on quotations, order confirmations, delivery schedules, and purchasing requirements
- Support supplier sourcing, onboarding, evaluation, and maintenance of supplier records
- Assist in preparing RFQs, RFPs, bid invitations, and supplier evaluations
- Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, finance, and operations teams to ensure timely delivery
- Maintain accurate procurement records, reports, and documentation within SAP and other SCM systems
- Track purchase requisitions, purchase orders, invoice processing, and delivery status
- Support compliance with procurement policies, audit requirements, and QHSE standards
- Contribute to process improvements and continuous enhancement of SCM operations
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Procurement, Logistics, or related field
- Minimum 1 2 years of experience in Procurement, Purchasing, Supply Chain, or Logistics functions
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills
- Good commercial awareness and understanding of procurement processes
- Detail oriented, resourceful, and able to work independently in a fast paced environment
- Positive attitude with proactive 'can do' approach and commitment to quality results

We’re Hiring: Senior Procurement Executive
- We are looking for a proactive and detail oriented Senior Procurement Executive to support our Supply Chain Management (SCM) operations through effective procurement coordination, vendor management, logistics support, and compliance administration.
In this role, you will:
- Process and manage purchase orders in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with suppliers on quotations, order confirmations, delivery schedules, and purchasing requirements.
- Support supplier sourcing, onboarding, evaluation, and maintenance of supplier records.
- Assist in preparing RFQs, RFPs, bid invitations, and supplier evaluations.
- Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, finance, and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.
- Maintain accurate procurement records, reports, and documentation within SAP and other SCM systems.

Requirements
