We are looking for a results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead business development and sales growth across the Middle East.
This role is ideal for a commercially strong professional with experience in Drilling Fluids (DF) and Drilling Waste Management (DWM), who thrives in client-facing environments and is passionate about building long-term partnerships in the Oil & Gas industry.
Key Responsibilities
- As Regional Sales Manager, you will:
- Develop and execute sales and business development strategies aligned with regional objectives
- Identify target markets, key clients, and growth opportunities to maximise revenue and market share
- Drive expansion of DF and DWM products & services across existing and new clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure long-term retention and growth
- Manage the full sales cycle β from lead generation to negotiation and deal closure
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing commercial and technical support
- Work closely with clients to understand operational challenges and propose tailored solutions
- Prepare and deliver technical proposals and presentations
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, technical, finance) to ensure seamless execution
- Monitor sales performance, provide forecasts, and report on key metrics and opportunities
- Champion QHSE standards and compliance across all activities
Job Requirements
- Bachelorβs Degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in technical sales within Oil & Gas
- Strong experience in Drilling Fluids (DF) and/or Drilling Waste Management (DWM) in the UAE market
- Proven track record in business development, key account management, and revenue growth
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Ability to engage both technical and commercial stakeholders
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a competitive market
