We are looking for a results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead business development and sales growth across the Middle East.

This role is ideal for a commercially strong professional with experience in Drilling Fluids (DF) and Drilling Waste Management (DWM), who thrives in client-facing environments and is passionate about building long-term partnerships in the Oil & Gas industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • As Regional Sales Manager, you will:
  • Develop and execute sales and business development strategies aligned with regional objectives
  • Identify target markets, key clients, and growth opportunities to maximise revenue and market share
  • Drive expansion of DF and DWM products & services across existing and new clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure long-term retention and growth
  • Manage the full sales cycle β€” from lead generation to negotiation and deal closure
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing commercial and technical support
  • Work closely with clients to understand operational challenges and propose tailored solutions
  • Prepare and deliver technical proposals and presentations
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, technical, finance) to ensure seamless execution
  • Monitor sales performance, provide forecasts, and report on key metrics and opportunities
  • Champion QHSE standards and compliance across all activities

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in technical sales within Oil & Gas
  • Strong experience in Drilling Fluids (DF) and/or Drilling Waste Management (DWM) in the UAE market
  • Proven track record in business development, key account management, and revenue growth
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
  • Ability to engage both technical and commercial stakeholders
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a competitive market
