Senior Process Associate - Cash Apps - LTC (IN)

• Apply incoming payments (checks, ACH, wire transfers) to customer accounts. • Match remittance information with open invoices. • Post cash receipts in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle). • Investigate unapplied or misapplied payments. • Maintain daily cash application logs. • Communicate with internal teams for missing remittance details. • Escalate discrepancies or payment issues to analysts. • Ensure compliance with company policies and SOX controls.
