Senior Principal Software Engineer - Integrated Product Team Lead (Onsite)

Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Manage cost, schedule, and execution for Patriot Software and Training Devices scope.
• Lead development and reporting of proposal costing efforts.
• Mentor and guide team leaders and engineers.
• Collaborate across functions and engineering disciplines.
• Coordinate with program management, chief engineering, IPTs, CPTs, and external parties.
• Conduct EAC reviews, proposal costing and leadership reviews, staffing projections, and monthly metrics tracking.
• Travel between Raytheon locations, with occasional domestic and potential international travel.

Required Qualifications

• A STEM degree and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience are typically required.
• Experience managing cost, schedule, and execution for technical projects.
• Experience leading or contributing to proposals, including BOEs and leadership proposal reviews.
• An active and transferable Secret U.S. government security clearance is required before the start date.
• U.S. citizenship is required for eligibility for the security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with software development, deployment, and testing.
• Earned Value Certification.
• Ability to collaborate with engineering disciplines, Quality, Reliability, and program management.
• Strong communication and leadership skills for coordinating internal and external stakeholders.

Compensation

• The stated salary range is 132,400 USD to 251,600 USD, with no compensation cadence specified.
