- Develop and implement data driven pricing models aligned with company growth objectives and market trends
- Monitor gross margins and implement price to win strategies while ensuring internal financial benchmarks are met
- Oversee large scale RFQ processes for key accounts, ensuring timely and competitive submissions
- Build and maintain high level relationships with shipping lines, airlines, and overseas agents to secure preferential buying rates
- Forecast volume requirements to negotiate long term contracts and blocked space agreements
- Supervise Pricing Coordinators and Analysts, providing guidance on complex quotations and dispute resolutions
- Streamline workflow between pricing, sales, and operations to reduce quote turnaround time
- Oversee accuracy of rate databases in Ipack, Excel, or other ERP systems
- Stay updated on GRI, peak season surcharges, and fuel fluctuations to advise sales team and management
- Regularly benchmark rates against competitors to identify gaps and opportunities
Requirements
- 8+ years in logistics pricing, procurement, or commercial management
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis and financial modeling
- Proven track record of negotiating with global carriers and vendors
- Expert level in Microsoft Excel (Vlookups, Pivot Tables, Macros) and logistics ERPs (e.g., Ipack, CargoWise)
- Strong ability to mentor a team and manage high pressure deadlines

Overview
- We are seeking a high caliber Senior Pricing Manager to serve as the commercial heartbeat of our logistics operations.
- You will be the chief architect of our competitive edge, bridging global procurement and local sales.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop and implement data driven pricing models aligned with company growth objectives and market trends.
- Monitor gross margins and implement price to win strategies while ensuring internal financial benchmarks are met.
- Oversee large scale RFQ processes for key accounts, ensuring timely and competitive submissions.
- Build and maintain high level relationships with shipping lines, airlines, and overseas agents to secure preferential buying rates.
- Forecast volume requirements to negotiate long term contracts and blocked space agreements (BSAs).
- Supervise Pricing Coordinators and Analysts, providing guidance on complex quotations and dispute resolutions.
- Streamline workflow between pricing, sales, and operations to reduce quote turnaround time.

- Proven track record of negotiating with global carriers and vendors.

Compensation
- Pay: AED 8,000 AED 12,000 per month.
