We are seeking an experienced Senior Pricing Manager to lead the Freight Forwarding commercial desk. You will manage a high-performing team and own Air and Sea pricing strategy, leveraging a strong carrier and agent network.

Requirements
- 8+ years of Freight Forwarding experience (Import/Export focus)
- Proven ability to negotiate under pressure and lead a team in a fast paced environment
- Extensive experience in Freight Forwarding with deep understanding of Import/Export procedures for Air, Sea (LCL & FCL), and multimodal logistics
- Robust existing network of international agents and carrier contacts
- Proven track record of managing a pricing team
- Exceptional ability to negotiate with vendors and agents to secure competitive rates
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to interpret global shipping trends, surcharges, and blank sailings

Overview
- We are looking for a Senior Pricing Manager to lead our Freight Forwarding commercial desk. You will manage a high performing team and take full ownership of our Air and Sea (FCL/LCL) pricing strategy.
Requirements
- Industry Expertise: Extensive experience specifically within Freight Forwarding, with a deep understanding of Import/Export procedures for Air, Sea (LCL & FCL), and multimodal logistics.
- Carrier & Agent Network: A robust, existing network of international agents and carrier contacts to leverage for immediate competitive advantage.
- Team Leadership: Proven track record of managing a pricing team and the ability to maintain composure and decisiveness in a high stress, fast paced environment.
- Advanced Negotiation Skills: Exceptional ability to negotiate with vendors and agents to secure rates that win business.
- Communication Excellence: Strong verbal and written communication skills for professional client follow ups and effective internal team coordination.
- Market Intelligence: Ability to interpret global shipping trends, surcharges, and blank sailings to provide proactive advice to the Sales team.
- 8+ years of Freight Forwarding experience (Import/Export focus).
- Proven ability to negotiate under pressure and lead a team in a fast paced environment.
Compensation
- Pay: AED8,000.00 AED12,000.00 per month
