- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets, focusing on both new and existing clients
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, and develop strategies accordingly
- Negotiate contracts and rates with customers and carriers, ensuring competitive pricing while maintaining profitability
- Coordinate with operations and customs teams to ensure seamless execution of shipments from origin to destination
- Develop and execute sales strategies to secure new business for NVOCC and freight forwarding services
- Achieve sales targets by acquiring and maintaining key clients in the UAE market
Requirements
- 2+ years of proven experience in logistics sales (NVOCC experience preferred)
- Any degree
- Knowledge of freight forwarding, ocean freight, and container logistics
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions
- Willing to work in Dubai location (Field based)
- NVOCC experience required
