Role Overview
The Senior Power Conversion Engineer is responsible for the performance, reliability, and lifecycle management of power conversion systems across the operating fleet, including inverters, battery energy storage systems (BESS), and related AC equipment.
This role serves as the technical owner of power conversion system performance—bridging field execution, engineering analysis, and vendor engagement.
The position informs equipment selection and design standards for new projects while driving resolution of both systemic and site-specific issues.
