Construction Oversight Manager

The Construction Oversight Manager is a fully field-based position responsible for overseeing the successful execution of solar energy projects from inception to completion.

This role requires working on-site at project locations throughout the Tennessee Valley region to directly supervise construction activities, manage teams, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and maintain high-quality standards.

The Construction Oversight Manager works closely with project stakeholders, subcontractors, and company management to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and with a focus on safety and quality.
