Senior PMO Manager

• Mace is supporting the delivery of a large‑scale, next‑generation digital infrastructure programme in the region, working alongside a leading developer in the data centre sector.
• The project brings together complex design coordination, fast‑paced delivery and rigorous governance to meet the demands of a mission‑critical environment.
• Our team is applying global best practice in programme, project and commercial management to help shape resilient, future‑ready infrastructure at scale.
• You’ll be responsible for:
• Leads PMO and project controls delivery across assigned commissions.
• Provides expert guidance on cost, schedule, risk and change management.
• Builds strong client relationships and drives performance reporting.
• Aligns delivery with Mace control centre, mentoring teams and promoting sustainability.
• Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition, and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.
• You’ll need to have:
• Relevant degree and progress toward chartership.
• Proven experience in PMO and project controls delivery.
• Strong knowledge of tools, techniques, and sector practices.
• Effective communicator with analytical and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience working in the United Arab Emirates is essential for client approval.
