Lead backlog shaping and upfront analysis to ensure work is ready for squad delivery
Act as a central point of coordination across internal teams and third-party vendors

Strong experience operating as a Senior Project Manager within complex transformation or change programmes
Good working knowledge of Agile delivery, including Scrum and multi-squad environments
Proven ability to manage cross-functional dependencies and work within evolving backlogs
Strong stakeholder management skills, with confidence engaging senior business and technology stakeholders
Experience working in Financial Services / Insurance environments preferred
Minimum 10+ years’ experience in Project / Programme Management
