Senior Platform Administrator

The Senior Platform Administrator is responsible for the overall management, stability, security, and optimization of trading platforms (e.g., Meta Trader, Bridge, APIs, Plugins and related infrastructure).

The role ensures seamless operations, integrations, and enhancements, supporting the business to deliver a reliable and efficient trading experience to clients/Management.

MT4/5, bridge systems (PXM, FX-Cubic, etc.), and APIs.

· Track, prioritize, and close all platform-related tasks/incidents via Jira.

· Configure new LP, symbol mapping, Advanced Routing on Meta/Bridge, risk/give-up rules (Account configurations), complete taker and maker related modules, understanding meta servers and related components, and coverage accounts.

· Monitor execution quality, trade flow, and system performance.

· Coordinate upgrades, migrations, and vendor integrations.

· Document changes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

· Provide senior-level support and mentorship to junior administrators.

· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

· 5–8 years of hands-on experience with MetaTrader 4/5 administration and bridge platforms (PrimeXM, FX-Cubic, etc.), including exposure to various tools such as social trading solutions, plugins, and related integrations.

· Strong knowledge of FIX protocol, APIs (Manger & ADMIN), and LP integrations.

· Prior experience managing Jira-based workflows, task automation, and ticketing for platform operations.

· Expertise in FX/CFD markets and electronic trading infrastructure.

· Experience with system upgrades, migrations, and high-availability environments.

· Technical background with Windows Server, SQL databases and networking.

· Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with a structured, Jira-task–driven approach.

· Excellent project coordination skills, ensuring timely task completion and cross-team alignment.

· Exceptional organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple priorities.

· Strong stakeholder management skills for vendor, LP, and internal team interactions.

· Ability to analyze execution quality and optimize bridge/Meta configurations.

· Proactive and detail-oriented, with a focus on automation and process efficiency.

· Leadership and mentoring ability for junior team members.

· Maintain and document all process-oriented activities, including platform configurations, operational procedures, incident resolutions, and change management, ensuring full transparency.
