- Review and validate onboarding documentation for completeness and accuracy
- Escalate high risk cases and red flags to senior analysts or Compliance
- Liaise with Relationship Managers, Compliance, Operations, and clients to obtain missing information
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure proper documentation retention
- Support Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) reviews for higher risk customers
- Assist with periodic reviews, remediation projects, and regulatory audits
Requirements
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in AML, KYC, CDD, compliance, financial crime, or a similar role
- Available to work a rotating shift roster

Role Purpose
- The Junior Onboarding Analyst is responsible for supporting the client onboarding process by conducting Customer Due Diligence (CDD), Know Your Customer (KYC) reviews.
- The role involves reviewing client documentation, identifying potential risks, and coordinating with internal stakeholders to facilitate timely onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct KYC and CDD reviews for individual clients.
- Review and validate onboarding documentation for completeness and accuracy.
- Escalate high risk cases and red flags to senior analysts or Compliance.

Required Qualifications & Experience
