- Lead the implementation of project schedules and plans aligned with client objectives and project milestones
- Develop strong working relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Provide mentorship and on the job guidance to junior team members
- Review, interpret and analyze data from multiple sources and tailor reporting outputs
- Manage end to end preparation of client facing deliverables including analysis, reports and presentations
- Prepare, maintain and analyze complex schedules using Primavera P6
- Apply industry best practice planning and scheduling methodologies to identify and address project risks
- Identify and implement project controls best practices to improve delivery outcomes
- Support knowledge sharing and capability uplift through technical workshops
- Seek and champion continuous improvement and process innovation across planning and scheduling activities
Requirements
- 8+ years relevant experience in Planning, Scheduling, Project Controls and Claims Management
- Relevant qualifications in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Architecture or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years client side/developer experience in the Middle East
- Proven experience managing projects across pre construction and construction
- Hands on contractor experience with at least one complete construction project lifecycle
- Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6
- Hands on experience developing interactive reporting systems and dashboards using Power BI
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills

About the Opportunity
- Seeking a Senior Consultant with client side/developer background and contractor execution experience.
- Provide strategic planning and project controls advisory services on major residential, commercial, hospitality and mixed use developments across the UAE.
- Ideal candidate has managed projects through full development lifecycle and has experience in delay/disruption assessment and extension of time claims.
Key Responsibilities

What You'll Bring
- 8+ years relevant experience in Planning, Scheduling, Project Controls and Claims Management.
- Relevant qualifications in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Architecture or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years client side/developer experience in the Middle East.
- Proven experience managing projects across pre construction and construction.
- Hands on contractor experience with at least one complete construction project lifecycle.
- Ability to advise clients on packaging strategies, procurement approaches and project phasing scenarios.
- Sound working knowledge of authority approval processes.
- Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6.
- Hands on experience developing interactive reporting systems and dashboards using Power BI.
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
