- Lead the implementation of project schedules and plans aligned with client objectives and milestones
- Develop strong working relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Provide mentorship and on the job guidance to junior team members
- Review, interpret and analyze data from multiple sources and tailor reporting outputs
- Manage end to end preparation of client facing deliverables including analysis, reports, and presentations
- Prepare, maintain, and analyze complex schedules using Primavera P6
- Apply industry best practice planning and scheduling methodologies to identify and address project risks
- Identify and implement project controls best practices
- Support knowledge sharing and capability uplift through technical workshops
- Seek and champion continuous improvement and process innovation across planning and scheduling activities
Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant experience in Planning, Scheduling, Project Controls and Claims Management
- Relevant qualifications in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Architecture or equivalent
- Hands on contractor experience with at least one complete lifecycle of a construction project
- Hands on experience in application of various delay analysis methodologies
- High level of skill using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and provide leadership
- Prior Middle East project experience

- Prior Middle East project experience is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading implementation of project schedules and plans with client objectives and milestones.
- Developing strong working relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Providing mentorship and on the job guidance to junior team members.
- Reviewing, interpreting and analyzing data from multiple sources and tailoring reporting outputs.
- Managing end to end preparation of client facing deliverables including detailed analysis, technical reports and presentation material.
- Preparing, maintaining, and analyzing complex schedules using Primavera P6.
- Applying industry best practice planning and scheduling methodologies to identify and address project risks.
- Identifying and implementing project controls best practices.
- Supporting knowledge sharing and capability uplift through technical workshops.
- Seeking and championing continuous improvement and process innovation.
What You'll Bring
- 8+ years relevant experience in Planning, Scheduling, Project Controls and Claims Management.
- Relevant qualifications in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Architecture or equivalent.
- Proven experience supporting projects across full project lifecycle including tender planning, baseline programme development, progress monitoring, delay analysis, extension of time claims, and claims/dispute close out.
- Hands on contractor experience with at least one complete lifecycle of a construction project.
- Hands on experience in application of various delay analysis methodologies.
- Ability to advise clients on complex constructability, sequencing scenarios and delay analysis options.
- High level of skill using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and provide leadership.
- Developed understanding of project management methods and project controls principles.
- Previous experience in a consultancy setting is highly regarded.
