Qualifications
- Candidates should have at least 10 years of experience in KSA.
- Strong planning and production planning skills are required.
- Effective communication skills are needed to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and present planning information clearly.
- Project control skills are required to monitor progress, manage risks, and support cost and time control.
- A bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, architecture, or a related engineering discipline is required.
- A relevant postgraduate degree or certification such as PMP or PSP is advantageous.
- Candidates need planning experience in engineering, construction, or urban development projects.
- Proficiency with Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar planning software and strong Microsoft Excel skills are required.
- The role requires on-site work in Riyadh, multiple-project management, deadline adherence, and compliance with quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage detailed project schedules.
- Develop and manage project resource plans.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and present planning information to stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress across project phases.
- Manage project risks and support cost and time control.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and quality and safety standards.
