The Contract Manager is a full-time, onsite role based in Riyadh.
Oversee preparation, review, negotiation, and administration of contracts for architecture, engineering, and consulting projects.
Monitor contract performance against scope, budget, and timeline.
Responsibilities
- Draft and revise contract documents.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor contract performance against scope, budget, and timeline.
- Collaborate with project managers, finance, and legal advisors.
- Manage risks and resolve contract-related issues.
- Support bid and tender processes.
- Maintain contract records.
- Improve contract templates and procedures.
- Guide internal stakeholders on contractual obligations.
Qualifications
- At least 10 years of professional experience.
- At least five years of experience in design and consulting companies.
- Demonstrated contract management experience, preferably in engineering, construction, or consulting environments.
- Strong skills in contract drafting, review, and negotiation.
- Ability to analyze terms and conditions, assess contractual risks, and ensure compliance with local regulations and organizational policies.
- Strong collaboration skills with project management, finance, legal, and technical teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Project planning and scheduling experience.
- Immediate joining availability.
