- Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera
- Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with approved timelines
- Prepare look ahead plans, recovery plans, and project forecasts
- Analyze project performance and identify schedule risks and delays
- Coordinate with project managers, site teams, consultants, and clients
- Prepare periodic planning reports, dashboards, and presentations
- Track project milestones and support timely decision making
- Assist in budget monitoring and project control activities
- Review resource allocation and productivity trends
- Ensure planning processes comply with project requirements and company standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- Minimum 15 years of overall relevant experience
- At least 10 years of experience as a Planning Lead or Senior Planning Engineer with a contracting company
- Minimum 8 years of project planning experience in the Arabian Gulf region
- Proven experience in the execution of major capital projects of similar scale and complexity
- Experience working on projects valued at QAR 100 million and above
- Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and reporting
- Advanced proficiency in Primavera for schedule management and project controls
- Experience working within ISO certified organizations
- Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills
- High proficiency in written and spoken English
