Role Description
Develop, monitor, and control project schedules for infrastructure, roads, and buildings projects.
Support the Planning Manager in identifying delays, highlighting critical activities, and coordinating project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain baseline, recovery, and impacted project schedules.
- Monitor project progress against the approved schedule.
- Prepare and review daily, weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Develop project dashboards and presentations for management and stakeholders.
- Prepare and review Extension of Time claims.
- Support contractual and planning discussions with consultants and clients.
- Prepare and review contractual correspondence related to planning and delays.
- Identify schedule risks and propose mitigation measures.
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and relevant authorities.
- Support compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- At least 10 years of experience in infrastructure project planning and controls.
- At least 10 years of relevant UAE experience in infrastructure, roads, and buildings projects.
Skills and Competencies
- Strong scheduling and forecasting abilities using industry-standard tools.
- Analytical mindset with effective problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of FIDIC, turnkey, and reimbursable contract terms.
- Ability to manage multiple interfaces and perform well under pressure.
- Clear communication and strong reporting skills for senior management and clients.

- The stated work location is Al Ain.
