The role is for a Senior Planning Engineer supporting infrastructure and roads projects in the UAE.
The position develops, monitors, and controls project schedules to align construction progress with contractual deadlines.

Planning and Reporting Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain baseline, recovery, and impacted project schedules.
- Monitor project progress and alignment with the approved schedule.
- Prepare and review daily, weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Develop project dashboards and presentations for management and stakeholders.
Contracts and Delay Management
- Prepare and review Extension of Time claims.
- Support contractual and planning discussions with consultants and clients.
- Prepare and review contractual correspondence related to project planning and delays.
- Identify schedule risks and propose mitigation measures.
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and relevant authorities for effective project execution and compliance.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- At least 10 years of experience in infrastructure project planning and controls.
- At least 10 years of UAE experience in infrastructure and roads projects.
Skills and Competencies
- Strong scheduling and forecasting abilities using industry-standard tools.
- Analytical mindset with effective problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of FIDIC, turnkey, reimbursable, and other contract terms.
- Ability to manage multiple interfaces and perform effectively under pressure.
- Clear communication and strong reporting skills for senior management and clients.

- The work location is Abu Dhabi.
