Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and update project schedules using Primavera P6. - Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports on timelines, milestones, and deliverables. - Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and contractors to gather relevant planning data. - Analyze critical paths and constraints to determine the effect of changes on the schedule. - Propose mitigation measures to recover slippage or avoid potential delays. - Participate in progress meetings with client and other stakeholders. - Prepare extension of time (EOT) claims, delay analysis, and other contractual time-related documentation. - Ensure all planning and scheduling activities comply with client requirements and standards. - Support cost control and risk management functions as required. - Coordinate with procurement and construction teams to align schedule with resource and material availability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline. - Minimum 12–15 years of relevant experience. - Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Excel. - Excellent communication and presentation skills.
