Support project budgeting, cost planning, forecasting, and financial performance monitoring.
Track actual costs, commitments, accruals, and changes against approved budgets.
Assist in the preparation of cash flow forecasts, Estimate at Completion (EAC), Estimate to Complete (ETC), and Variance at Completion (VAC) assessments.
Perform Earned Value Management (EVM) analysis, including EV, PV, AC, CPI, and SPI calculations.
Support invoice verification, revenue tracking, and project financial reporting.
Identify cost variances and assist project teams in implementing corrective actions.
Maintain project cost reports, change logs, and cost control registers.
Support project and portfolio-level financial reviews and forecasting exercises.
Project Controls
Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules using Primavera P6 / Microsoft Project.
Establish project baselines, Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), Cost Breakdown Structures (CBS), and project control processes.
Track progress against approved schedules and identify schedule variances and critical path impacts.
Monitor project milestones, deliverables, and resource utilization.
Support resource loading, progress measurement, and productivity analysis.
Prepare weekly and monthly project controls reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
Conduct schedule analysis and support mitigation and recovery planning.
Support project risk management activities, including schedule risk assessments.
Key Competencies / Skills
Strong understanding of Project Controls and Cost Controls practices within Engineering, Energy, and Infrastructure projects.
Sound knowledge of:
Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related discipline.
3-5 years of experience in Project Controls, Cost Controls, Planning, Scheduling, or Project Finance support roles.
PMP, PMI-SP, CAPM, PSP (AACE), or equivalent certifications are desirable.
Membership of PMI, APM, AACE, or similar professional organisations will be an advantage.
