JASARA PMC is seeking an experienced Senior Planner/Scheduler for high-profile infrastructure projects.
The role develops, manages, and monitors project schedules and supports project delivery across large-scale initiatives in Saudi Arabia.
The position collaborates with project leaders and stakeholders to align schedules with project goals.
Responsibilities
- Develop detailed project schedules for infrastructure projects.
- Manage and monitor schedules through project delivery.
- Ensure timelines are realistic, achievable, and aligned with project goals.
- Use advanced scheduling techniques and project management tools.
- Identify risks, optimize resources, and enhance project delivery.
- Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Mentor and guide junior planners and schedulers.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of project planning and scheduling experience in construction or engineering.
- Extensive experience with Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar project management software.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, detail, and accuracy skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
