- Develop and manage the master programme for the project
- Ongoing monitoring and reporting of all programme related activities
- Proactive management of contractor’s programme
- Detailed reviews of contractor programme
- Prepare baseline programme
- Prepare monthly reports and recovery plans
- Provide weekly progress updates, forecast completions, and critical path analyses
- Review and analyze contractors’ claims and prepare recommendations
Requirements
- Experience working on high end mixed use projects
- BSc in relevant discipline
- Must have considerable pre contract and post contract experience on major projects
- Good technical writing, client facing and communication skills
- Experience with P6 software

Role Overview
- Senior Planner for a Data Centre/Mixed use Development project in Dubai.
- Support project leaders in service delivery and achieving client outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the master programme.
- Monitor and report programme activities.
- Manage contractor’s programme proactively.
- Review contractor programme in detail.
- Monitor planning and project controls.
- Develop and monitor permitting and authority approvals.
- Prepare baseline programme.
- Prepare monthly reports and recovery plans.
- Prepare weekly progress and quantity reports.
- Provide weekly progress updates and trend analyses.
- Assess impact of changes and deviations.
- Work collaboratively with project team.
Skills, Experience & Qualifications
- Experience on high end mixed use projects.
- BSc in relevant discipline.
- Considerable pre contract and post contract experience on major projects.
- Good technical writing, client facing, and communication skills.
- Experience with P6 software.
