Position Summary
The Pet Relocation Specialist plans, coordinates, and manages domestic and international pet relocations.
The role ensures compliance with applicable regulations and airline requirements.
The position requires at least five years of pet relocation experience and knowledge of international import, export, transit, and documentation procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end pet relocation services, including import, export, and transit arrangements.
- Prepare and review health certificates, permits, customs documents, and airline paperwork.
- Ensure compliance with UAE, destination-country, airline, and international animal transportation requirements.
- Liaise with authorities, veterinary clinics, airlines, freight agents, customs officials, and relocation partners.
- Advise clients on vaccinations, microchipping, quarantine, laboratory tests, and travel preparations.
- Book flights, coordinate itineraries, track cases, and provide client updates.
- Resolve documentation, customs, flight-change, and regulatory issues.
- Maintain accurate case records and stay informed about regulatory and airline-policy changes.
- Provide prompt, professional customer guidance.
