Role Overview
The Senior Pet Relocation Specialist will take full ownership of domestic and international pet relocations from initial client consultation through final delivery.
The role focuses on safe, legal, and low-stress animal transportation while providing professional service to pet owners.
Relocation Coordination
- Coordinate end-to-end import, export, and transit arrangements across multiple countries.
- Book flights and plan travel itineraries that prioritize safe and efficient transport options.
- Track each relocation and provide clients with timely, accurate updates.
- Troubleshoot documentation, customs clearance, flight disruptions, and changing regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records and archive all relocation case files.
Documentation and Compliance
- Prepare, review, and manage health certificates, import and export permits, customs paperwork, and airline-specific forms.
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, destination-country requirements, airline policies, and IATA Live Animals Regulations.
- Monitor changes in international pet travel regulations, airline policies, and country-specific government requirements.
