Overview

The Senior Performance Marketing Specialist (Paid Media) will be responsible for leading the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.

Responsibilities

  • Leads the digital marketing strategy by identifying target audiences, anticipating customer needs, and monitoring competitive activity.
  • Leads the planning and execution of integrated digital marketing campaigns across web, SEO/SEM and social media.
  • Ensures effective and consistent distribution of all digital marketing communications across internal and external channels.
  • Designs and optimizes customer journeys and conversion funnels to maximize lead generation and conversion efficiency.
  • Produces detailed performance reports, and provides actionable recommendations to improve digital marketing effectiveness.
  • Demonstrates advanced, hands-on expertise in managing and optimizing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns, including strategic setup, continuous monitoring, and performance-driven optimization.
  • Possesses a strong command of key performance metrics such as CPC, CPL, CTR, ROAS, with the ability to identify trends, interpret data, generate insights, and implement optimization strategies that drive measurable results.
  • Leads the ongoing refinement of campaign elements, including creatives, budgets, audience segmentation, and placements, ensuring alignment with overarching marketing strategy and performance objectives.
  • Maintains in-depth working knowledge of Meta Business Manager and Google Ads platforms, including conversion tracking frameworks (Pixel implementation, event tracking), ensuring accurate measurement and attribution of campaign performance.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in paid media, in a marketing agency, Freezone, Business Setup
  • industry, or real estate in the UAE
  • Proven experience in developing and leading performance marketing strategies that drive measurable business growth.
  • The ability to present insights and strategies clearly.
  • Advanced analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO/SEM and performance marketing best practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Both English and Arabic is essential
