Senior Performance Marketing Specialist | Meta Ads & Google Ads

Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Set up, manage, and optimise Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
• Handle conversion tracking, performance analysis, and profitable campaign scaling.
• Research markets, competitors, target groups, audiences, creatives, and campaign strategies.
• Monitor ROAS, CPA, leads, sales, and other key performance indicators.
• Identify growth opportunities and support Shopify, landing pages, and conversion-rate optimisation when needed.

Requirements

• Several years of hands-on performance marketing experience are required.
• Applicants must show strong results with Meta Ads and Google Ads and experience managing real advertising budgets.
• Strong tracking, data analysis, research, and analytical skills are required.
• Experience with e-commerce and lead generation is required.
• English is required; German is a strong advantage.
• Shopify and design skills are a plus.

Compensation and Employment

• The fixed salary starts at AED 2,500 per month.
• The position offers performance-based participation, performance bonuses, and no fixed earning limit.
• This is a long-term full-time position.
