Role Overview

Employment and Start

• The position is full-time and intended for long-term availability.
• The expected start is immediate.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct management support and manage emails, appointments, daily tasks, deadlines, employees, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate client projects, internal tasks, documents, offers, invoices, and administrative processes.
• Coordinate accounting-related tasks with the accountant.
• Prepare presentations, documents, and client materials.
• Create high-quality designs in Figma, including creatives, banners, presentations, and website layouts.
• Build and edit websites and landing pages with Lovable.
• Support new ideas, internal projects, and company processes.

What We Are Looking For

• Strong organisational and management skills with a reliable and structured working style.
• Ability to work independently, take responsibility, and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong communication skills and English proficiency.
• Good experience with Figma and experience with Lovable.
• Good eye for modern, high-quality design.
• Experience with administration or accounting coordination is a plus.
• German is a strong advantage.

Compensation
