Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and talented **Senior People and Culture Specialist** to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing human health and well-being, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of excellence in our industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to align people strategies with goals; advise on workforce, talent, and succession planning.
- Hire top talent and drive retention strategies to boost satisfaction and reduce turnover; conduct exit interviews and share insights.
- Serve as primary contact for employee inquiries, resolving issues swiftly and effectively.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives to foster collaboration, innovation, and inclusivity.
- Guide managers on employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
- Support performance management aligned to business objectives; coach managers and employees to build capabilities.
- Identify training needs and collaborate with L&D on targeted development programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, policies, and regulations; lead or contribute to cross‑functional HR projects aligned with EVA Pharma’s goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required.
- 2+ years of HR experience, preferably in a business partnering role.
- Previous experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is advantageous.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
