Role Overview
Epergne Solutions is seeking a Senior Pega Business Analyst for a commercial banking role in Riyadh.
The analyst will work with business stakeholders, Product Owners, and Pega technical teams.
The role requires strong experience in Pega, commercial banking, and lending.
Key Requirements
- At least 10 years of business analysis experience with strong Pega implementation exposure.
- Hands-on experience with Pega 8.x, Case Management, DCO, Case Types, Stages, and Data Models.
- Strong commercial or corporate banking domain knowledge.
- End-to-end commercial lending experience covering loan origination, credit assessment, underwriting, collateral management, and loan servicing.
- Strong experience in requirements elicitation, process mapping, user stories, Agile, and Jira.
- Customer-facing experience with excellent stakeholder communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in UI/UX and customer journey projects is preferred.
- PCBA certification is an added advantage.
- Middle East banking, SAMA, or Islamic Finance experience is a plus.
- Experience implementing AI use cases is an additional advantage.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with business stakeholders, Product Owners, and Pega technical teams.
- Support Pega implementations for commercial banking and lending processes.
- Elicit and document business and system requirements.
- Map business processes and define user stories for Agile delivery.
- Work with Pega Case Management, Case Types, Stages, and Data Models.
- Support end-to-end commercial lending processes, including loan origination, credit assessment, underwriting, collateral management, and loan servicing.
- Communicate with stakeholders and present analysis and proposed solutions in customer-facing settings.
