Job Overview

The role is for an experienced SIEM Security Analyst / SOC L3 Analyst supporting security operations, incident investigation, and threat monitoring.

The analyst will perform advanced investigations, optimize SIEM use cases, support security-tool integrations, and work with internal teams and clients.

Location

  • The listed job location is Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide 24x7 support for security incidents across client environments.
  • Perform SIEM monitoring, incident analysis, triage, and escalation.
  • Conduct L3-level security incident investigations and response activities.
  • Develop, optimize, and maintain SIEM use cases and correlation rules.
  • Support new log-source onboarding and log management.
  • Optimize system and security monitoring.
  • Prepare security reports, dashboards, and client updates.
  • Support SOAR, TIP, EDR, and related security-tool integrations.
  • Engage clients on custom monitoring, integration, and security requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and internal teams to support operational excellence and security compliance.

Mandatory Skills

  • SIEM platforms such as Splunk, QRadar, Microsoft Sentinel, ArcSight, or equivalent platforms.
  • Security incident analysis and response, SOC operations, threat detection, and investigation.
  • Log management, log-source onboarding, SIEM use-case development, and optimization.
  • Security monitoring, SOAR or TIP integration, and client and stakeholder management.

Preferred Skills

  • Threat intelligence, incident response frameworks, security automation, vulnerability management, and cybersecurity operations are preferred.

Qualifications

  • At least five years of relevant experience is required.
  • A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information security, cybersecurity, or a related field is required.
  • Relevant certifications such as CEH, GCIH, GCIA, Splunk, Sentinel, or equivalent are preferred.
