Working with wider PX Shared Service team & internal stakeholders to ensure payroll is processed on- time and compliantly each month
Manage end-to-end in-house payroll processing for multiple countries, and ensure any changes in local legislation and picked up and administered across the systems
Be an escalation point for the payroll team on day-to-day queries
Training the wider PX team to provide best practice experience and reduce errors
Contribute and support the continuous improvement of payroll systems seeking out opportunities to automate manual processes for greater efficiency and ensuring they underpin our Company values.
Co-ordinate with the Tech teams to ensure that any payroll changes are implemented successfully into the system.
Collaborate closely with PX, Finance, Treasury and Legal teams to ensure accurate employee data and payroll inputs.

Ensuring payroll processes are conducted efficiently whilst maintaining a high standard of customer service.

Proven experience in payroll processing and administration, ideally across UK and/or international payrolls in a fast-paced environment.
Experience within an in-house payroll system - Workday preferred
Strong understanding of payroll legislation, tax, pensions, and compliance requirements
Experience managing end-to-end payroll cycles and resolving complex payroll queries
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in payroll processing
Strong numerical and analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset
Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop a payroll team
Strong collaboration skills, working effectively with PX Operations Team, Tax, Finance and third-party providers
