We are looking for an experienced Senior Parts Sales Supervisor to lead and develop our automotive parts operations across.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive parts sales growth and achieve business targets
- Manage customer relationships and support business expansion
- Oversee order management, inventory coordination, and operational efficiency
- Lead and support the sales team to achieve high performance
- Ensure excellent customer service and compliance with company standards
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in automotive parts sales
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience in the automotive industry
- Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Experience in parts operations is preferred
