Role overview

What you'll do

• Own and develop a portfolio of affiliate partners and act as their main point of contact.
• Build long-term partner relationships and identify new partners aligned with commercial priorities.
• Lead partnership projects from research and outreach through negotiation, onboarding, launch, and review.
• Review performance and turn partner data into clear actions.
• Coordinate launches with Compliance, Analytics, CRM, Product, Finance, and Marketing.
• Use advanced AI tools and automation to improve research, communication, reporting, and workflows.
• Ensure partner activity meets regulatory, commercial, and brand standards.

Essential requirements

• At least two years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or account management.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with external partners.
• Ownership, accountability, motivation, project leadership, and commercial judgment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
• Professional written and spoken English.
• Practical experience using advanced AI tools for productivity, research, communication, and decision-making.

Nice-to-have qualifications

• Degree, qualification, or professional certification in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience in fintech, online trading, financial services, or another regulated industry.
• Familiarity with affiliate platforms, CRM systems, analytics tools, or digital marketing channels.
