Stakeholder Management

• Build trusted executive relationships with partner leadership teams.
• Influence senior decision-makers across customers, partners, and Siemens organizations.
• Align sales, pre-sales, customer success, technical experts, and partners around strategic opportunities.
• Represent Siemens at regional industry and partner events.

Required Experience

• Significant experience in partner management, channel sales, alliance management, or ecosystem development is required.
• Proven success growing indirect software revenue is required.
• Experience building partner businesses around enterprise software solutions is required.
• Strong understanding of SaaS and recurring revenue business models is required.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders without direct authority is required.
• Strong commercial and business planning skills are required.
• Experience in enterprise software, cloud, AI, data analytics, or low-code platforms is required.
• Experience managing reseller agreements and complex commercial contracts is required.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to maintain structure in a fast-paced environment are required.

Regional and Language Competencies

• Proven experience working within the Middle East business environment is required.
• Strong understanding of relationship-driven business culture across the region is required.
• Ability to build trust and long-term relationships across diverse cultural environments is required.
• Fluent English communication skills and Arabic language skills are required.
• Candidates must be based in Saudi Arabia or the UAE.

Compensation

• Total cash compensation ranges from AED 693,700 to AED 1,318,000.
• Forty percent of the total cash compensation is comprised of an annual incentive target at 100% achievement.
• Actual compensation depends on job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
