Role Summary
The Senior Partner Management Executive will develop and scale the Mendix Data & AI partner ecosystem across the Middle East.
The role accelerates partner-led growth for Mendix, AI, data analytics, and emerging Siemens software solutions through recruitment, enablement, joint go-to-market execution, and executive engagement.
Work Arrangement
- The role is hybrid and based in Dubai, with hybrid work described as the default arrangement.
Partner Growth and Ecosystem Development
- Develop and execute the Middle East partner strategy for the Mendix Data & AI portfolio.
- Drive partner-led pipeline, ARR growth, and new business acquisition.
- Expand partner coverage and recruit strategic partners in priority markets.
- Build partner capabilities around low-code, AI, data analytics, and digital transformation.
- Support partners in developing dedicated practices and service offerings.
- Conduct formal Quarterly Business Reviews to track progress and drive performance improvement.
