About the Role
Dicetek LLC seeks a Senior Oracle FLEXCUBE Techno-Functional Consultant for a contract role in Abu Dhabi. The consultant will lead requirement gathering, configure FLEXCUBE modules, and support UAT and data migration.

Responsibilities
- Lead requirement gathering workshops with business stakeholders and banking SMEs.
- Analyze business requirements and map them to Oracle FLEXCUBE product capabilities.
- Configure and implement FLEXCUBE solutions across various banking modules.
- Prepare BRDs, GAP Analysis, and Solution Design documents.
- Conduct product demonstrations, user training, and knowledge transfer sessions.
- Support UAT activities and coordinate with business teams for issue resolution.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations, operational policies, and risk management requirements.
- Design and review FLEXCUBE customizations, extensions, and integrations.
- Work closely with development teams on PL/SQL development, batch processing, reports, and customization frameworks.
- Perform impact assessments for change requests and enhancements.
- Support data migration strategy, reconciliation, and cutover activities.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide root cause analysis.
