- Lead requirement gathering workshops with business stakeholders and banking SMEs
- Analyze business requirements and map them to Oracle FLEXCUBE product capabilities
- Configure and implement FLEXCUBE solutions across Loans, Deposits, Trade Finance, Securities, Money Market, Foreign Exchange, CASA
- Prepare BRDs, GAP Analysis, and Solution Design documents
- Conduct product demonstrations, user training, and knowledge transfer sessions
- Support UAT activities and coordinate with business teams for issue resolution
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations, operational policies, and risk management requirements
- Design and review FLEXCUBE customizations, extensions, and integrations
- Work closely with development teams on PL/SQL development, batch processing, reports and customization frameworks
- Perform impact assessments for change requests and enhancements
- Support data migration strategy, reconciliation, and cutover activities
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide root cause analysis
