CenCore is seeking a Senior Operations Program Manager to lead and support Operations Program Management (OPM) team functions for a secure customer program. This role is responsible for leading critical operational processes, including security project management, operations change management, site start-up management, reporting, documentation, process standardization, audits, and operational communications. The ideal candidate is an experienced operations and project management professional who can assign and coordinate team work, define project scope and business requirements, manage strategic initiatives end to end, and translate complex operational information into clear reports, procedures, job aids, and leadership communications. Lead the Operations Program Management team responsible for critical operational processes, including end-to-end security project management, site start-up management, operations change management, operations bulletin releases, and security operations reporting.
Document and standardize internal business practices for the OPM team to promote consistency, continuity, compliance, and operational readiness.

Support audits, reviews, and follow-up activities related to security operations processes and documentation.
Document internal business practices to promote consistency, continuity, and compliance.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
