Job Purpose
Responsible for leading role ensures that design, planning, and delivery decisions across the project are operable, viable, resilient, and fit for purpose from early master planning through ORAT and activation.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and ensure integrating operational requirements into master plans, infrastructure, and asset design
- Review and Define operational considerations, requirements, scope, and acceptance criteria for DMP and master‑plan submissions
- Review and challenge operability of and operational requirement of master‑planning and design frameworks
- Review, challenge, and recommend design proposals to ensure effective and efficient operational readiness flow are clearly demonstrated
- Ensure master plans respond to Makkah context conditions, including extreme peak volumes, prayer, seasonality, and user profiles
- Ensure operational and ORAT strategies are robust under peak operational conditions, not average operations
- Review and endorse technical reports and outputs, translating findings into clear planning and design implications
- Prepare client briefings, readiness dashboards, and governance reports to support executive decisions
- Coordinate internally and direct external consultants to ensure alignment with client expectations and master‑planning objectives
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering disciplines
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations
