- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
- Conduct periodic checks on equipment and coordinate with maintenance teams
- Issue work permits and supervise maintenance work
- Coordinate pumping and distribution operations with control centers
- Perform insulation and return work for electrical and mechanical equipment
- Monitor water quality and coordinate with laboratory teams
- Implement emergency plans and report issues
- Perform routine testing of fire suppression systems
Requirements
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field
- Experience in supervising operation and maintenance of pumping stations and transmission lines
- Knowledge of safety procedures and compliance with regulations
- Ability to work in shifts and cover all pumping stations

Job Purpose
- Supervising the operation and maintenance of pumping stations and transmission lines, ensuring efficiency and safety of operational processes, coordinating between parties to ensure continuity and quality control of water supplies.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensuring work is carried out in accordance with approved policies, processes, procedures and instructions.
- Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement of systems and practices, cost optimization, productivity improvement, and efficiency.
- Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, rules, regulations and standards.
- Escalating problems to ensure challenges and issues are closed efficiently.
- Working on operational monitoring of the performance of pumping stations and pipelines.
- Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Conducting periodic checks on equipment and systems.
- Implementing operating and safety procedures related to electrical and mechanical equipment.
- Coordination of pumping and distribution operations with control centers.
- Issuing work permits and supervising maintenance work.
- Analyzing operational performance by monitoring consumption.
- Performing insulation and return work for mechanical and electrical equipment.
Education Requirements
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Relevant fields
