Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, practices, cost optimization, and productivity & efficiency improvement
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and standards
- Escalate problems to ensure case/issue is closed efficiently and in a timely manner
- Provide first level end user support to troubleshoot basic technical issues and resolve service requests
- Participate in ERP application release activities including planning, validation, and deployment
- Prepare update logs and documentation to ensure traceability and support audit readiness
- Monitor application performance and report incidents to maintain availability and minimize downtime
- Coordinate with IT teams during version rollouts and patch deployment
- Provide support during release testing and post deployment reviews
- Receive and document user feedback to help improve ERP application support and service levels
- Inform relevant teams about scheduled updates, outages, or service impacts
- Keep records of deployment activities, incidents, and resolutions

Job Purpose
- The job holder is responsible for maintaining the stability, availability, and compliance of ERP applications by managing release management, validating system changes, and performing continuous performance monitoring.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of the systems, practices, cost optimization, and productivity & efficiency improvement.
- Ensures compliance with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and standards within WTCO and related functions such as but not limited to (HC, HSSE, Risk and Cybersecurity, etc..).
- Escalate problems to ensure case/issue is closed efficiently and in a timely manner.
- Ensure that all work is carried out efficiently, in line with the annual business plans, goals, policies, processes, procedures, and instructions.
- Provide first level end user support to troubleshoot basic technical issues and resolve service requests in a timely manner.
- Participate in ERP application release activities including planning, validation, and deployment to support operational consistency and business requirements.
- Prepare update logs and documentation to ensure traceability and support audit readiness.
- Monitor application performance and report incidents to maintain availability and minimize downtime.
- Coordinate with IT teams during version rollouts and patch deployment to ensure smooth delivery and issue resolution.
- Provide support during release testing and post deployment reviews to validate functionality and stability.

Education Requirements
- Bachelors in Information Systems or Relevant fields
- Bachelor s in Computer Science or Relevant fields
