Role Overview
The employer is hiring a Senior Operations Analyst focused on Google Workspace administration and optimization.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage Google Workspace accounts, including provisioning, deprovisioning, and permission settings.
- Troubleshoot Gmail, Drive, Meet, Calendar, and other Google Workspace issues.
- Monitor system performance, security compliance, and usage analytics.
- Work with IT and security teams on data protection and access-control practices.
- Provide training and documentation to end-users.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- At least 2 years of direct hands-on Google Workspace administration experience is required.
- Proficiency with accounts, groups, and organizational units in Google Admin Console is required.
- Knowledge of 2-step verification, data loss prevention, and OAuth policies is required.
