Location and Work Arrangement

Key Responsibilities
- Manage Google Workspace accounts, user provisioning, deprovisioning, and permissions.
- Troubleshoot Gmail, Drive, Meet, Calendar, and other Google Workspace applications.
- Monitor performance, security compliance, and usage analytics.
- Implement data protection and access-control best practices with IT and security teams.
- Provide end-user training and documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- At least two years of direct hands-on Google Workspace administration experience.
- Proficiency managing accounts, groups, and organizational units in Google Admin Console.
- Knowledge of 2-step verification, data loss prevention, and OAuth policies.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for email, calendar, and collaboration tools.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace APIs and scripting for automation.
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
