Key Responsibilities
- Manage Google Workspace accounts, including provisioning, deprovisioning, and permissions.
- Resolve issues involving Gmail, Drive, Meet, Calendar, and related applications.
- Monitor performance, security compliance, and usage analytics.
- Work with IT and security teams on data protection and access-control practices.
- Provide end-user training and documentation for Google Workspace tools.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- At least 2 years of direct hands-on Google Workspace administration experience is required.
- Proficiency managing users, groups, and organizational units in Google Admin Console is required.
- Knowledge of 2-step verification, data loss prevention, and OAuth policies is required.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for email, calendar, and collaboration tools are required.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace APIs and scripting for automation is required.
- Excellent communication skills for non-technical stakeholders are required.
