Role Overview
Administer and optimize Google Workspace configurations, user management, and system integrations.
Troubleshoot technical issues and support seamless collaboration across global teams.
Maintain security protocols, monitor system performance, and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Google Workspace accounts, including user provisioning, deprovisioning, and permission settings.
- Troubleshoot Gmail, Drive, Meet, Calendar, and other Google Workspace application issues.
- Monitor system performance, security compliance, and usage analytics to identify inefficiencies.
- Work with IT and security teams on data protection and access control best practices.
- Train end-users and create documentation for Google Workspace tools and features.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- At least 2 years of direct hands-on experience administering Google Workspace environments.
- Proficiency managing users, groups, and organizational units in Google Admin Console.
- Knowledge of 2-step verification, data loss prevention, and OAuth policies.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for email, calendar, and collaboration tool issues.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace APIs and scripting for automation.
- Excellent communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
