Key Responsibilities
- Manage Google Workspace accounts, including user provisioning, deprovisioning, and permission settings.
- Troubleshoot Google Workspace applications including Gmail, Drive, Meet, and Calendar.
- Monitor system performance, security compliance, and usage analytics to identify inefficiencies.
- Collaborate with IT and security teams on data protection and access-control best practices.
- Provide training and documentation to end users on Google Workspace tools and features.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- At least two years of direct hands-on experience administering Google Workspace environments.
- Proficiency managing user accounts, groups, and organizational units within Google Admin Console.
- Knowledge of Google Workspace security features including 2-step verification, data loss prevention, and OAuth policies.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for email, calendar, and collaboration tool issues.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace APIs and scripting for automation tasks.
- Excellent communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
