Administer and optimize Google Workspace configurations, user management, and system integrations.
Support seamless collaboration across global teams while maintaining security and system performance.
Job Type and Payout
- The engagement is contract-based.
- Compensation is listed at $63-$119 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Google Workspace accounts, including provisioning, deprovisioning, and permissions.
- Troubleshoot Gmail, Drive, Meet, Calendar, and other Google Workspace issues.
- Monitor performance, security compliance, and usage analytics.
- Coordinate with IT and security teams on data protection and access controls.
- Train end users and provide documentation for Google Workspace tools.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- At least two years of direct hands-on Google Workspace administration experience is required.
- Manage accounts, groups, and organizational units through Google Admin Console.
- Understand 2-step verification, data loss prevention, and OAuth policies.
- Troubleshoot email, calendar, and collaboration tool issues.
- Use Google Workspace APIs and scripting for automation tasks.
- Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
