Contract Senior Operations Analyst role focused on Google Workspace administration and optimization.

Job Type and Payout
- Employment is contract-based.
- Payout is $63-$119 per hour.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage Google Workspace accounts, including user provisioning, deprovisioning, and permission settings.
- Troubleshoot Gmail, Drive, Meet, Calendar, and other Google Workspace application issues.
- Monitor system performance, security compliance, and usage analytics to identify inefficiencies.
- Collaborate with IT and security teams on data protection and access control best practices.
- Provide end-user training and documentation for Google Workspace tools and features.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- At least 2 years of direct hands-on experience administering Google Workspace environments.
- Proficiency managing user accounts, groups, and organizational units in Google Admin Console.
- Knowledge of 2-step verification, data loss prevention, and OAuth policies.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for email, calendar, and collaboration tool issues.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace APIs and scripting for automation tasks.
- Excellent communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
